Aison AS sold to Visolit

Visolit has concluded an agreement to acquire the Norwegian IT company Aison, thereby expanding its geographical footprint in the areas around Oslo, whilst at the same time strengthening its cloud solutions, operations services and advisory services offering.

Aison is a service provider headquartered in Stokke, with attractive knowhow and customer portfolios. The company was created through the merger of Serit Skagerak and Lindtel AS in 2017, but the history of these companies dates back to early 2002. The company currently has a diversified customer portfolio, comprising customers of various sizes in a range of industries. In 2018, Aison had revenues of NOK 78 million and EBIT of NOK 9.6 million, with 32 employees.

Aison and Visolit complement each other, thereby offering their customers a strong partner to turn to, whether on hybrid cloud solutions, digital collaboration tools, infrastructure or security. Visolit is a strong and recognised IT service provider, which will enable Aison to offer a broader range of services to new and existing customers in the region. Moreover, Visolit is a rapidly growing company, whose visionary plans for the future are well aligned with Aison’s ambitions.

The Visolit IT group offers strong knowledge-led hybrid cloud solutions, digital collaboration tools, infrastructure and security, helping customers to make the most of today’s and tomorrow’s solutions. Visolit has about 1,200 employees in 12 locations in 4 countries, serving more than 3,000 business customers in the Nordic region. Group revenues will exceed NOK 2.5 billion in 2019.
